Shipping

After you place your order with us, we will start preparing it for shipment. Rohani Edelstenen & Mineralen strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. The shipping time for handmade products is 1-4 business days.

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace code from PostNL via email so you can track your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes PostNL is still busier than usual. Therefore, it may take longer for you to receive your order.

SHIPPING COSTS

For the Netherlands:

- Letterbox package with Track & Trace €4.10. Standard package with Track & Trace €7.25

- Free shipping from €100,- the discount is automatically calculated in the

   shopping cart!

For Belgium and Germany:

Standard package with Track & Trace €13.00

Free shipping from €150,- the discount is automatically calculated in the shopping cart!

RETURNS

It may happen that you wish to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product, or maybe there's another reason why you no longer want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates. We advise you to keep the Track & Trace code safe. Rohani Edelstenen & Mineralen cannot be held liable for lost packages during returns.  

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info.rohani-shop@ziggo.nl . We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging be more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So, handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged upon return.

Do you want to exchange your product? That's absolutely no problem.
